1. Kingred Molybdenum reusable wire EDM :Economic KDV series:
This series comes with following features :
- AC servo motors for X Y axes.
- Ra value upto 1 micron can be achieved(with multicuts).
- Taper of +/- 6 degrees over 80 mm.
- Cost-effective.
- Easy to use K control servo system.
- Models available with XY travel of 320×460, 400×550, 500×650 and 630×850 mm.
2. Kingred Molybdenum reusable wire EDM : KD-ZL series :
This series comes with following features :
- Advanced version of Molybdenum wire EDM,
- AC servo motors on all axes,
- Ra value upto 0.8 micron can be achieved(with multicuts),
- Taper of +/- 6 degrees over 80 mm,
- High rigidity machine,
- Auto wire tension,
- Touch screen,
- Models available with XY travel ranging from 320×400, 400×550, 550×700 and 700×1000, mm,
- Machines with speed of 200 sqmm per minutes.
3. DMNC Mirror Finish CNC Spark EDM S+PRO series:
This series comes with following features :
- Very popular, most economic,
- Windows based system with easy to operate and programme,
- No technical/softaware knowledge is needed,
- Only the work piece material, electrode material and final Ra value required, need to be defined by user,
- Ra value upto 0.15 mcrons can be achieved.
4. DMNC Mirror Finish CNC Spark EDM ADI series
This series comes with following features :
- High accuracy macine with high rigidity,
- Windows based system with easy to operate and programme,
- No technical/softaware knowledge is needed,
- Only the work piece material, electrode material and final Ra value required, need to be defined by user,
- Ra value upto 0.1 mcrons can be achieved.
5. ZNC EDM
This series comes with following features :
- Available with various models such as ZNC350 , ZNC430, ZNC450 etc.
- Very affordable.
- They can use graphite electrodes very comfortably.
6. EDM drill:
These machines are available in both manual and CNC type with Electrode range from 0.2 mm to 3 mm.
